Manufacturing Process

Fine bone china combines bone ash, feldspathic material and kaolin. With 30% bone ash, the material stays thin, light and slightly translucent while offering strong chip resistance. This mug goes through three firings; the third firing fuses Charlotte’s decal with the glaze.
