You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Enter your name, email address and order number. Then let us know whether you wish to withdraw from the full order or selected products only.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to cancel it for you. If it has already been dispatched or delivered, we will send you information about returning the products and the next steps.
